As I approach my 30’s it’s evident there is something wrong. Metabolism. Whenever speaking with someone it seems weight and health is a normal attraction of conversation. The “It’s never what it use to be” is a common occurrence and it really STINKS! haha. But seriously though as we get older we’re more cognizant of what we put in our bodies, whether it be junk food or a bender….wait who am I kidding? Bed time at 9pm is a normal happening now that we have adopted our beautiful puppy. It’s a good thing though. Staying up late, eating like a pig, drinking like a fish…who has time for it anymore?
