The history told by Matt is of a classic love story. While living in Philadelphia Matt had a cute neighbor named Alex. Boy meets girl.  Boy moves cross country for her.  Boy makes even more moves by having a Philadelphia proposal where they met!   Matt and Alex are originally from Pennsylvania and their story was too much fun not to be a part of.  History is what it is all about here.  This is the kind of history that cannot be beat.
